Payroll & Tax sites:
- Paycom - the vendor who processes payroll for AHHC. Use this site to access weekly paystubs, annual W2s, change your tax withholding, request PTO and more.
- Federal W- 4 - this link will take you to the 2012 Federal Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate. To change your allowances simply print off this form, complete and mail to AHHC: 10 Glen Ed Professional Park, Glen Carbon, IL 62034.
- Illinois W-4 - this link will take you to the latest Illinois Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate. To change your allowances simply print off this form, complete and mail to the same address listed in the Federal W-4 section above.
Benefit sites:
- Guardian - this is a link to the carrier who provides AHHC with Dental & Vision insurance benefits. You can register on this site to find many useful tools to help you manage your benefits.
- Guardian provider listing - use this link to find a dentist or a vision provider in your area.
- Aetna - this is a link to the carrier who provides AHHC with Medical insurance benefits. You can register on this site to find many useful tools to help you manage your benefits.

- AFLAC - this is a link to the policyholder self service site for AFLAC where you can manage your AFLAC benefits and claims.
